Mijeol is on her phone at the club, and everyone is staring at her, glued to her phone rather than dancing and drinking. A man approaches her and tells her to stop touching her phone and start partying, but she smacks him off, saying she’s bored of doing the same thing every day.
He tells her that all she does is know how to party and that there’s nothing else for her to do. Mijeol tells him to shut up and scrolls past an Instagram post, saying she found the perfect pastime job for her rather than going to the club.
We go back to Siru screaming in class, calling for Gukhwa. She feels betrayed that he left her all alone and went to class without her, and he simply tells her that she shouldn’t have hidden things from him. He saw Siru in the act and felt bad that he wasn’t let in on her secret.
Siru is confused about what Gukhwa is talking about. Then, when he says Cheong’s name, she realizes the big misunderstanding that he was in. Gukhwa had seen them together, with Siru wrapping Cheong’s naked body with a towel.
Seeing how Gukhwa had mistaken the whole situation, Siru accidentally screams out what really happened, and her classmates end up hearing everything. Cheong had stained his clothes with something, and Siru’s place was the nearest, so he went to get cleaned up there.
However, to the rest of Siru’s classmates, this all seemed to go in a different direction. Gukhwa told her that since they now knew what had happened between her and Cheong, it was a matter of time till the whole school found out.
Meanwhile, Siru’s sister is told by their mom to deliver kimchi for her younger sister. She’s annoyed at the task, but her mom convinces her how lonely Siru may be, especially as she is the only one living alone as of now.
On her way to the university, she decides to take a peek at Siru’s crush, Gibaek Seol. As she parks her car and gets out, Siru’s sister hears the group of students from earlier talking about Siru. The chapter ends with them being confronted by Siru’s sister and asked to repeat everything they just said.
