A teaser trailer has been released for next year’s TV anime adaptation of Shinobu Takayama‘s Haigakura manga. It previews the show’s main cast of characters.
Staff details for the show were also revealed. Junichi Yamamoto (The Reason Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion) is directing at Typhoon Graphics with Yuu Murai (The Reason Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion co-scriptwriter) as series composer, Masaki Satou (Record of Ragnarok) as character designer, and Yuhki Kurihara (Blue Orchestra co-composer) as music composer.
Haigakura follows Ichiyou, a “kashikan” tasked with finding and retrieving the gods that escaped from his country. The Ichijinsha-published manga began serialization in 2008 and has 16 tankoubon volumes as of August 2023. It is currently serialized on Zero Sum Online.
